Kai Sugihara

Founder, CEO

A visionary entrepreneur who has been involved in managing seven companies and experienced one buyout by the age of 15. Shifting from contract-based business to essential value creation, he now focuses on space development with the ultimate goal of creating a galactic civilization. Starting in 2026, he will expand his space and tech ventures globally from the U.S.

Yusei Fujii

Co-Founder, COO, CTO

A CTO and Tokyo University student with outstanding achievements in mathematics and control engineering. He has extensive international experience, visiting 15 countries including Silicon Valley, and previously founded an AI-based app. He leverages his expertise in control technology for the project.

Kiara Kawaguchi

Co-Founder, CBDO

An entrepreneur who founded Japan Sogo Kokoku and gained attention on the show "Reiwa no Tora." He has hands-on experience in all startup phases, from fundraising to media strategy and exits. He oversees overall business development for Bedrock Space.

Shu Watanabe

CIO, Executive Vice President

A space and information specialist who represented Japan in NASA/JAXA competitions to operate ISS robots. He combines AI business implementation experience from Accenture with multicultural insights gained from living in various countries. He leads the information strategy.

Akito Hattori

Hardware Engineer

A 17-year-old hardware engineer skilled in video, CG, 3D CAD, and design. He holds a Guinness World Record (2nd place in paper aircraft) and is active in a "Birdman" competition group. He leads hardware development using digital fabrication.

Issei Nishi

Engineer

A full-stack engineer who self-taught Flutter and developed diverse applications, including AI and board games. He has led multiple product launches as a CTO and excels at making technical decisions within the fast-paced startup environment.

Yuma Tanaka

General Engineer

A versatile engineer who has been programming since childhood and has experience in AI algorithm research and satellite projects. He has developed multimodal AI and Japanese programming languages. He applies his deep expertise in both AI and space to the project.

A student at Kaisei High School and an international strategist running a global YouTube channel with over 100,000 subscribers. Using his exceptional English and communication skills, he strategically promotes partnerships and presentations at international conferences.

Koya Tani

CGO

A Co-Founder and CGO currently at Keio University, with a diverse background ranging from national ski competitions to founding large-scale student organizations and appearing in media. He possesses an extensive network built through international volunteering and study abroad. He drives growth and social recognition using his strengths in community building and communication.

Tora Kizu

Artistic Designer

A designer who founded a corporation at 17 and established the 200-member student community "CELL" after rebranding major regional companies. He handles everything from brand strategy to visual communication, establishing brand value through design and art.

Shoichiro Asada

An authority in space transportation who led rocket development (H-IIA, etc.) at MHI and served as President of the Japan Rocket Association. He possesses a vast network across industry and academia with 50 years of experience. He supports technical strategy as Executive Director of the Japan Space Forum.
